Compliance Plate?

Hey guys,

Some of you may know me and some of you may not =)
Remember/know Rob with the BMW 850Csi? I'm his daughter. Yay for me haha.

Anyway just have a quick question I need some help with! We have another 850Ci and unfortunately we need to sell it asap. It's up on ebay, and a guy asked if I could send him a picture of the compliance plate in the car as it is an import. I can't find it, and dad's on a plane to Europe so I can't ask him. I feel like a dud asking but could anyone advise me on where this is found on this model? I looked in the engine bay but didn't find it. I have the proof of purchase of the car with all the details but it should still have the compliance plate.

Are you talking about the plate that has all the car info on there?
