| I wouldnt put carbs on the M30. That would be like gong back 30 years. The 3.0 had an earlier version of the M30 but carb'd. The M30 was an engine that was used from the early 70's to the mid 90's and is one of the most reliable/bulletproof in history. Now, the M30 has been swapped into the E30 body and it is heavily documented. Even BMW SF did it with the help of Alpina. I suggest reading the link that I send you. I hope I have helped.
