| Traction Control/ABS question So the other morning I went out and got in my 99 528i to go to work and noticed that my Traction Control light along with my ABS light came on. I looked in my manual, and it said to fix the ABS light, to add fluid. I did and it is still on. The traction control was supposed to be checked by a dealer. It has been a week and the lights are still on. anybody have any ideas? thanks |

| yeah the traction control system uses the ABS wheel speed sensors to determine wether a wheel is spinning quicker than the others so id say a wheel sensor...but like fairweather points out if theres a light theres a code, that will lead you straight to the problem.
