suspension

ok. so i have a 325i 4door and i need to get a suspension for it. i was looking at the eibach coilovers. but i don't know what's the difference.

i've seen some really nice bmw's with struts and springs and i've also seen some nice ones with coilovers.

i'm not wanting to race my car. it's just going to be a daily driver. we do have really curvy roads around here and i'll be having fun, but no crazy stuff.

any ideas and/or information would be helpful.
