Best exhaust?

WhicH ExhausT & CAI??
really confused on exhaust and CAI. Been looking at UUC system U and Rsc36 but can't see the big difference between em, aside from less drone and more than 300$. Any other exhausts i should look at?

As for CAI i'm lookin at K&N but i've been also readin bout conforti. Any suggestions on that aswell??

I think AFE's CAI are awesome. But they do make some noise. They kind of make your car growl. UUC is the best in my opinion. I would like the quieter exhuast but $300.00 difference is nothing to sneer at either, agreed.

AA also makes a very nice exhaust.

I love my AA gen 3 exhaust ... subtle down low and it does open up nicely up high.. ive been told the car sounds very nice ... sounds aggressive and tuned. Its also great for driving long distances not to mention driving past cops.

Another vote for AA GEN III. I had it on my E36 M3 and absolutly loved it. Its not to loud driving around town and when you go WOT it sounds great. I also would recomend the AA CAI as well. I think it is a much better looking piece than the conforti.

yeah i heard the AA GEN III is pretty decent too, but does it give any xtra HP? n also iv heard a lot bout how the system U is too loud when goin around town, comparison to the AA? the AA CAI looks great, thinking about getting that 1, thanks.

System U is noticeably louder than the AA Gen 3. None of the exhausts are going to make a noticeable difference in horsepower so get the one that you think sounds and looks the best.

I take that back - a noticeable difference is made by some exhausts - by decreasing horsepower as a result of using smaller than stock diameter piping.

I like my stromung as well....its just not all that loud....which can be a good thing!

the AA genIII looks like a good substitute for the RSC36...does it drone tho on freeway? n wat point(rpm) does it get louder?

i looked more closely at the exhausts slowly letting go of the idea of the RSC36 cuz of the price, n i found the stromung which gets pretty loud. any help comparing the AA GEN3 n the Stromung?
1-10 loudness?
