| Yo! new to the Bimmer scene upgraded from the Jdm scene. No more Hondas 4 me! Although i wont lie i do miss em every now and then. Anywho i picked up a 93 318is and im already eager to mod the crap out of it especially that weekass motor any tips or suggestions appreciated. so far Mods include: new tail lights new corner lights 2 sets of new rims (came off a 5 series and a 7 series) Injen intake new guages Juice box chip M badges and logos M door seals M mirrors new head unit 12'' JL's think thats bout it so far the old car below ![]() the new car with mirrors and eyebrows ![]() the most currrent pic ![]() ![]() |

| Welcome aboard! To be completely honest with you, mostly everybody here or anywhere that is BMW related are highly against putting M badges on non-M cars...specifically M3 badges on the trunk where normally the 325 or 18 or 28 would be found. I dont so much as mind when it comes to having M floor carpets or stuff like that...but no badges stating it as an M3. The car is looking very clean. My first car was a 1993 318i 4dr with the M44 i believe. She is to date the slowest car i have ever driven. Not much you can do to the motor to get power out from it so you should mainly focus on the suspension. They handle great if you do the right mods, the 4cyl is a fairly light motor
