M3 Factory Wheels

[E36M3Drifter]

Does anyone know what the lightest/best M3 factory wheel is? The E36 10-spoke, 20-spoke, or could the newer E46 18's be lighter?

I can tell you that the E46 M3 19" ZCP's are the lightest E46 M3 OEM wheel. They are even lighter than the 18". I don't know enough about the E36 but my guess is they would be even lighter. Which ones came on the 95 LTW? I would think those are your best bet.

Forged wheels from the 95 Lightweight M3 19.5 lbs front, 20.7 lbs rear weight.

Double-Spoke I E36 M3 wheels 21.3 lbs front, 22.3 lbs rear.

Double-Spoke II E36 M3 wheels 20.7 lbs front, 21.9 lbs rear.

Don't have the weight for either 18 or 19 E46 M3 wheels, but the 19" ZCP Competition wheel is 24.0 lbs front, 25.5 lbs rear.

Have you checked out the wheels below? I'm sure there are more, but these are just the ones readily available on TireRack.

There are many nice, light wheels for a good price. Kosei, and Gramlites are just some examples.

It was the same rims used on the 328 sport. No idea of weight though.
