ashtray illumination?

I took apart my center console to fix my e-brake and noticed that the ashtrays actually lave little bulbs in them to light them up... thought it was pretty cool (if they worked) can anyone help me diagnose the problem? i assume they wouldnt be on their own fuse and all the other interior lights work. and they trays dont seem to have a switch that make thenm turn on when they are open so i presume they are always on?

well they are normally turned on when you turn on you dash lights, if it it just a burnt out bulb etk lists a number 61 13 8 353 797
