Yeah, I wouldn't want to mess up my personal M3 either so I hear you on that. I occasionally get my E39 sideways when the roads are wet but I can't do it on dry pavement very well with a stock open diff. The second video on top of the parking garage was the craziest though. The material they paved the garage with is like ice when its wet to begin with and with snow on top it was ridiculously hard getting to the top as you could probably see. I'm waiting for the next snow fall here though so I can do this again

. In terms of cars to abuse I would love to build an E30. One of my friends has one and it's a pretty fun car. I looked up parts online and they are ridiculously cheap so I'm thinking once I've accomplished what I want with the E39 I may buy an E30 325i or 325is and have myself some fun.
