Driving too hard? Whats the limit?

I was told by a guy whos job it is to tune BMW that it is actually bad for the cars if you do not RUN it had now and then, so yes I also love the sound of the red line.

D engine and transmission definitely can take d abuse if properly maintain ... only it's d subframes and bushing that have issues which we need to reinforce or replace it with sumthing better (powerflex and etc) .....
