| New guy, somewhat... I am pretty much new here, well somewhat at least... I've been a member of this site for quite some time, but havent had much of a chance to use it. I now have a 1995 BMW M3 that I just picked up with a bad motor. The guy that I bought it from told me that he "accidentally" shifted it from 5th to 2nd while going at high speed. Apparently it cracked the heads and chewed up cylinder# 6. Not that I can personally vouch for the heads, because it didnt come with any... Other than that it is in beautiful condition... especially for a car that sat for over a year. I got a really good deal on it, lets just say that the stereo system is worth what I paid for the whole car         Last edited by crewrower19 : 08-21-2007 at 05:20 PM.      |

| Thanks! I dont quite yet have direct plans for this project. I am tempted to get a little creative with it, maybe rebuild the block to a bigger bore, but then I have to find a set of heads. Possibly replace the engine with an s52 or a complete s54 drivetrain from a friends 04' M3 that he recently wrecked... I am open to ideas or suggestions!
