| M-Aero Kit on E92 Hi - I'm new to DTM and to Bimmers... My first one. The dealer told me I'm the first one in Canada to install the M-Aero body kit on my E92 - take a look at my pic - can you confirm this? Might be only one in N. America for all I know... | Difference b/w M-Aero Kit and Regular Aero Kit The main difference is on the front - much lower and wider scoop. Another difference is that the M-Kit comes with different side skirting while the regular kit does not. It is night and day vs. the regular aero - I found it by accident on the BMW corp web-site under "exterior accesories" - it was just a picture, but it was under the heading of "aero kit". But, it didn't look at all like the aero kit they were selling me, so I asked the dealer. The dealer actually had to call head office to find out the difference - that is when they found out there are two different versions of the aero kit. The gave me a bit of a deal because of the mistake... btw - the pic of the M-Aero kit has since been removed from the BMW website (I copied it right away off the web and it is the far right pic, the left is regular Aero kit and the middle is M-Aero Kit) |
