Possible to convert non-folding rear seats to folding?

On the E36 m3 sedan, is it possible to do this. The trunk is not large enough to accomdate surfboards, bicycles, etc... need to get some more space and was wondering if there was a conversion kit or something to make them fold. Thanks.

With enought money, anything i mean anything is possible. I'm not too sure though, it might have to be a custom job.
