What years did avus blue come in for M3's?

Did it come on 96-99's? I see it alot on 95's...

Avus was only available in 95 for the E36 M3. It was replaced by Estoril for the 96+ M3 and Avus then became available on non-M E36s.

Estoril is one of the best, if not the best E36 colors IMO. Avus is hot too, but I don't think it can hold a candle to Estoril.

I love the estoril blue (real mystery there), the combination with the dove gray is just perfect, but to each their own as color is all in personal preference. I'm surprised though that you wouldn't go for estoril blue if you like the avus blue.
