So lately i ve been really thinking about selling/trading in my 1998 dakar yellow sedan m3 auto, for a 2door m3 manual.. I would want the same color too!


Nothings wrong with the one i already have, but id rather prefer a stick...

why not just do a trans swap?

I would do it if I were you. M3 and auto just don't go together.

if i do a trans swap, will i have any problems with it later on because its not original? and about how much do you think that would cost me?

and thats what i ve been hearing too about the auto and m3...i want to get the best experiance out of an e-36 and i dont think its goin to be through an automatic....hmmm

A Dakar four door M will sell in a heartbeat. Very rare color on a four door. I would say go for it. You would be much happier with a 5spd. MUCH more fun.
