yeah i was kinda scared about how they was gonna look but for $120 i couldnt pass them up, was very happy with the look.

yes 2 and 4 doors are different, 2 doors are wider than the 4's.

So that would mean that all E36 kits wouldnt fit all E36s then. Correct?

Hehe all E36 front/rear bumpers and sideskirts are interchangable, it's all the same.. the bits that don't fit are the body panels, lights and mirrors

I think the coupes look "wider" as they have a lower roofline and suspension?

i seen it in another thread that there wider but not by very much

The 4 and 6 cylinder cars have different rear bumper kits also.
