high performance bushings

do you thing it is necessary to replace any stock bushings and mounts on an e30? Engine, transmission, or any other mounts or bushings on there. I plan on running it on the track eventually.

if they are worn out why not. if you feel like they arent as good as they once were and you are bored have some fun with your car and replace them. if your taking it to the track you will also want to check all your suspension bushings and replace tie rods or control arms that might need replacing.

im actually going to upgrade all my suspension parts soon, well i will start piece by piece, but eventually ill have an all new suspension set up. I will check out my bushings and mounts and see what needs to be done, my transmission is actually out right now, but what i really wanted to know is if there is really a difference between oem mounts or bushings and performance mounts or bushings, and are the performance ones recomended?
