turbo e30 engine tuning

I am nearing completion on my turbo install on my 325es. I am running a custom turbo manifold adapter, garret t3/t4 turbo with internal wastegate, a 22 x 2.5 x 5.5 inch intercooler, and a 12:1 fmu fuel regulator. I do not want to run a lot of boost only 6 or 7 lbs and am hoping to make somewhere in the neighborhood of 200 hp. I have a couple of questions before I start it up.

How much boost can I safely run on stock internals?

I also have a dinan chip for my ecu. Would it be wise to use this with the turbo setup?

If I were to ad a topend off an I motor to drop compression and the I motor ecu, how much boost could I run and how much power would that make with mild tuning?
