Thats a photoshop also, of a E90 330i sedan. Look at the color difference between the rear and the front. They just used the simple clone stamp tool and tried to hide the rear door creases + door handle. And made the wheels bigger.

the first pic seems to have a bonnet bulge... too bad its not in the middle of the bonnet... oh and the wheels look like theyve been resized in paint.. otherwise ill be a happy man if the m3 looks like that! time will tell
