One question ....What tha hell is a GTR M3 ...never heard of it. How is it differnt from the standard M3. Please give as much info as you can. Thanx for helping a noob....You go to heaven now

basically a race m3 with a v8 shoved into it and then homolagated for street use so they could race it. then porsche bitched so it got banned from the ALMS and they stopped making them.

Because it was kicking the living shit out of everything in its class, and it was a illegal car in all reality. They were racing with a V8. They had no production M3 with a V8 in it. Everyone getting their asses handed to them bitched, BMW made the street version of the GTR but they still got banned from the ALMS
