First off that driver is a pussy, and an idiot. He lets a Tahoe/Yukon keep up with him, seriously come on my Jeep could out run it.

Secondly the on/off ramp move was utter stupidity why turn around when you know they have backed off......come on, I had called some old neighbors of mine and they said it was all over the radio that the police had backed off and the helo was staying with them.

It looks like the guy just got off of work? Did he shot up the place?
