what do u guys think about this head unit

i am thinking of upgrading the stock head unit in my 95 325is to a pioneer DEH-7700MP, it lists new on crutchfield for around 270 but they sell for around 200 on ebay, here is a link for the specs on it http://www.crutchfield.com/S-4NouDmx...0&I=130DEHP770 do u guys think this would be a good investment, i am eventually going to upgrade the speakers to the bavarian sound werks mb quart package and eventually i will be adding subs. i'm really aiming for higher sound quality and not so much the total power and all the fancy add-ons, thanks for any feedback
