Performance BMW mag photo'ing in Florida

Hi guys,

Iain Curry here from Performance BMW magazine in England.

I am writing because I am checking out the possibility of us at the magazine coming to Florida the weekend after next for HiN Miami. We would then look to stay for 1 week after this and photo some cool Florida BMWs.

So, I was wondering if we made it out there if you anyone had any cars that would be suitable, and available, for photography for Performance BMW?

If you have a tuned/modified BMW that you'd be interested in letting us see...you could email me some pics at the below address or post some here for me to see. Also, you could let anyone else know in the Florida area that also may be interested...i'd be most grateful.

Aren't both Active Autowerke and Technique Tuning based in Florida?

An article with interviews from Karl (AA) and NickG (TT), two of the top BMW tuners in the U.S. would make for one sweet issue.

There should be no shortage of turbo monsters on hand for you to take pics of plus you could try to get the inside scoop on the turbo e46 kits AA has been working on. Also the debate between TT stage I turbo and the new AA twinscrew supercharger is a heated one. Most of the discussion is theory based but if you could somehow arrange a dyno shootout between the kits I assure you this issue would sell like hot cakes!

I'm onto Active already, but will have to have a chat with TT as well on your advice...

I'll see what info I can get out of both the companies...would love to do an impartial dyno shootout...will address the possibility if we have time and can get the two companys up for it!

Good luck Iain. I hope to meet you next time youre in Los Angeles. COuldnt make it to Bimmerfest this past year, I see. Hopefully Ill see you there in April and I WILL be bringing my ///M3 this year.
