E46 318 problem after head port(need help)

i got BMW E46 318,
anyone have experiance with the head porting on it?
i got my car port(intake/exhaust side),and after that car has rough idle,if i turn the A/C on,it help for the idle.
anyone can help me!!

Hmm i'm not expert but maybe your rev isn't high enough for the airflow....so...not enough airflow maybe?

when the car at 1000rpm.it not rough as 800rpm,but i stil dont think thats normall.

how much of a port did you get. If you go too aggressive you would get a slightly rough idle. and did you put the car back together or did the shop. It could be a vacuum leak from them putting it back together wrong or something.
