DTM spoiler on a 4 door

What do you guys think of having this spoiler on a 4 door?



i dont know if it will look good or not. i would like the gained downforce but if it looks stupid then eff it. plus i dont even know if it would fit? would it?

hmm i thught those wings are only for the coupes the lower virsion would look better on a 4 door imo

I say go for the lower version.

I was thinking of getting the lower version of that wing for my car but I've decided to do something way more controversial instead.

Seen it on a 4 door about 2 months ago, it didn't look right!!! Low Rise or go with the european DTM spoiler, they look damn mean too!!

I would go with the tall one. I think it would look bad ass, and different.

Its all about taste dude seriously. Some people hate it and some think its the only wing you can put without making the car look rice. Do it if you think it looks good. IMO, it looks sick w/o risers on a 4 door. Ive seen one with it and it looks real good.

well to clarify something, unless you drive the ring everyday, the downforce will not be noticed/needed. The reason i put the wing on my car is because it needed it, to complete the look i was going after. It is the only wing aside from the dtm wing (dado's ex-car for those who dont know which one im talking about) that looks correct on an M3. If your actually looking for downforce, ma-shaw makes the high adjustable wing that will yield you better results...but you still wont benefit from it...unless you drive about 110-120mph everyday.

yeah i wont need the wing for everyday but do you think it would help if i ended up taking the car to the track? and looks is the greater thing with this also.

You will benifit it if you drive on the track, i would go for a M3 front bumper if i were you though. Just my opinion.

yep m3 front will be goin on and so will a lip. thinking carbon fibre rieger lip

all this wont happen till sometime after the new year. cant afford anything at the moment with christmas and stuff

Good choice!! Those lip spoilers do look good on 4 doors!!! Suttle but present! Also reminds you of an M5! Would like to see some photo's of it completed in the new year then fella!

Yep know what you mean, it's just like the Hondas when they can't even get up to the speed necessary to get the downforce.
