BMW's and other cars of Bermuda

Just got home from Bermuda... saw some pretty interesting BMW's... some of which I didn't know existed.

All of these are right hand drive. M3 was really rare to see in Bermuda, any BMW is rare. They are taxed extremely high on luxury cars.

I also saw an E30 wagon but i didnt have time to get my camera out.

There were mostly very small compact cars. Lots of people would fix them up. I liked them too, and I couldnt figure out why I liked the way these fixed up little cars looked until I got home today. There was 0% rice, every car was fixed up very cleanly, wheels, tint, lowered, wheels fit the fender line perfectly, no one had huge ricer spoilers, nothing that didnt have taste. It was pretty cool. Also, a whole shit load of cars had projectors, like these two taxi vans. lol

nice pics. You find alot of those Mitsubishi L200 minbusses (vans) in the Caribbean especially. There you find alot of Japanese spec (if you may) cars. The projectores on the Mitsu vans are original equipment. U.S shores have missed out on some interesting models and the enigines of the imports you guys get are often de-tuned.

more than likely it is the euro-spec since it is right hand drive. There were some american cars there, some vans and some jeeps, they were all left hand drive. So i'm pretty sure it was euro spec. We went on a snokel trip there and one of the captains of the boat said that necessities like food and clothes are not taxed, but when you get more and more into luxuries (electronics, luxury cars like BMW) the tax rate goes up. He said the tax rate on a BMW can be as high as 100%.

no doubt, i feel the same way. If it's gonna be a wagon... it better damn well be a BMW wagon.

A bmw 7 in jamaica can cost $22,million ja thats about 350, 000 Us a new 325 can run you like $62,000 US LOL yes it reaally sucks, getting luxury cars in the caribean.
