Help in purchasing M3

I'm looking at purchasing a 1998 BMW M3 for $13,000.00. It has 150,000 miles on it and dinan stage v download, cai, exhaust, high flow throttle body, high flow air meter, koni, shrick intake manifold, racing dynamics. I just want some advise. Is this a good deal, being that it has such high miles? Thank you for you guidance.

IMO you should look for an M that is all stock. A car with mods like that has probably been pushed pretty hard and u might have alot of problems (especially at 150,000 miles). The price seems pretty good though.

you can find better deals then that. Look for a stock car with less miles and you should have less problems to deal with in the future.

I'm trying to seel my M3 to get an M5. It is very clean and quick. A friend of mine had a 96 with an intake and software upgrade and mine was still quicker. I'm trying to get $18,000 for it.

Thanks kid, but that a little more than I want to spend, plus I'm in Florida. Trying to find something within the state, maybe GA. I'll keep looking and then ask you guys for your opinions. I really appreciate it.
