ETK install

I tried to install ETK but couldn't. How should I do it ? What is sysadm? Should I use or install sysadm ? I have 08/2004 ETK in two CDs. Where should I begin ? I had used a previous version of ETK, it was complex too. Why do ETKs have difficult usage ?

Because you're not supposed to have them.
