Can I get out of this parking ticket?

I got a $10 parking ticket and i was wondering if i can get out of it. They wrote down on the ticket that the vehicle was a Black BMW 325E and i have a Grey BMW 325is. anybody think i can use the old invalid ticket excuse??? Thanks.

not for that technicallity, as long as they have your plates right.

Cops rarely show up in court to defend parking tickets, if thats how you do it in your state, but its ten bucks, the court fees are like 27.

well what u could is..goto court..fight off the parking ticket..then when they bill u the fee's goto to fight off the fees..and so on..never have to pay cent

It is a university parking ticket so there are no court fees.

I have gotten 3 parking tickets (all invalid - Stupid parking maids) and just forgot about them... havnt heard anything since... its been a over a year now. That could just be my school.

Schools usually just add them to your next semester bill. You probably paid them and didn't even know it.

I got 300 parking tickets at my school, they cannot do anything as long as the car isn't registered with the school.

Did you buy a parking pass?

i had about 100 dollars of parking tickets at my school.. never payed them.... nothing ever went on my bill, registering for classes was never on hold.

i got away scott free

What if your car is registered?

My school will tow your car if you have over 15 unpaid parking tickets.

a lot of schools will withold your official transcript if you have unpaid parking tickets, thats how it is here at jmu

my school is taking mine out of my loan. . .

just got a no front plate ticket and no insurance yesterday as well (from the local police)

im up to about 300 dollars now in different fines. fuck.
