| Well actualy my friend had his old Volkswagen Cabrio on autotrader for sale. He put it up at 2000 I think. He got an e-mail from someone and he could just tell that it was a scam (I couldn't.) Apperantly the guy talked kind of strange english, and used real overused/cliche statements. It was a person working for a "client". Meanwhile, they're in some other country, they say: my client is looking for that exact car, and I will actualy send you the money. I also owe him some money, so I'm going to send you 2800. When you get the check, he'll pick up the car, and you give him 800 (or they just ask you send the 800 and they'll pick it up later). What happens is, since they're from another country, it takes time to process the check, in which they send you a bad check that will bounce, and before then, most people will have sent the extra money to the other person, screwing you 800 dollars. I've heard it's some people in Africa doing it, and it happens all the time.
