NBC Feature on Teckademics

Hey....just watched some media sensationalism on Teckademics and streetracing in general on NBC. The spotlight is on the whole "filming of outrageous, adrenalin-pumped crazy teenagers" and their lack of skills. Yet, they showed footage from Mischief: Destroy and the Gumball rally, and I don't think any of the drivers were as young or stupid as the 16 year-old that crashed his new Corvette that they were featuring. Man....watching it just pissed me off, as some Civic cuts off people on the highway, followed by various crash scenes. Anyway, just venting my rage...anyone else see it?

Why does it piss you off? All of the mischief movies are of people weaving in and out of traffic at high speeds and doing it recklessly.

Third. I thought it was very biased as well, and sure, they stretched the truth and visuals to their liking, but what else do you expect from the media?



If you think the rest of the media you watch is completely accurate, you should investigate a little more.

I agree it was biased cause Im sure Teck does some stuff that is actually good. But when people sound like they have a right to drive like asses for the fun of it, there just as wrong as the biased media. Remember, you may have full control of your car out there on the highway weaving in and out of cars, but all it takes is one person to come over on you without checking there mirrors and you'll have a huge multi-car accident.

That drag race they showed was a legal drag Teck put on called IMStar, we invited Dateline to show that we support and promote safe racing, they forgot to mention that.
