| Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hey guys I have my grills ready to be painted black any tips? Please help I would appreciate any help. Should I paint the inner part 2 or no just the chrome part?      |

| lay on some news paper and spray evenly and about a foot .5 or so away untill it you see no more chrome, you might have to angle it to get some parts, then let it dry a bit before you do a second coat, i wouldnt do more than three, make sure you dont touch it and let it dry thorougly

| Primer them, then paint them... Repeat every 2 months (rock chips will flake the paint off)... the alternative is to buy the cheap black plastic ones on eBay.

| there is actually another spray can that you can get that says primer. You spray that first which should be of grey color and then let it dry. After it's dry paint the black.

| Ok guys so here is what I did. steps. 1.Got a newspaper and placed it on the news paper 2.Put something on the edges of the newspaper so it wont stick to the grill 3.Sanded teh grill with hand sand paper 4.Cleaned it with a napkin which had alcohol in it 5.Sprayed it from like a foot and a half away. Went from right to left couple of times. 6.Let it dry for 15 minutes. 7.Repeated step #5 8.Let it dry again for 15 more minutes 9.Repeated step #5 10.Let it dry for 30 minutes and it was ready. I was hoping it would come out ok or for some reason I tought I was going to mess it up but wow it came out great. |

| Thanks guys for helping me out it turned out to be great I love them. I always wanted black grills but the ones that ebay sells are cheap material and they dont look good at all trust me I bought those but never used them. But these here are oem and they turned out great I wanted to buy one from bavauto but their is stick on so the best is to do it yourself. |
