| Question For All if you were to put a mini fan inside of your intake, do you think that would add power or block air from coming in. my friend has one that he made. it has a switch inside the car that he can turn in off and on. he claims it makes more power. do you think this would make more or make less power? think about it. |

| Efan or something like that makes one that only produces 1.5psi of boost... it's freakin huge.. and needs pretty good amount of power....

| You also must think about the electrical strain that this small fan puts on the system, so even if it did add power, the electrical hysteresis/counter torque losses would negate the gain by the fan...

To maintain the engine at a constant speed, more gas is given to the engine, which means more power is taken away from the drive train. This is why people turn off A/c and Radios when they are going to try to outrace a faster car. Even though they do not know the science behind it, that is why. ![]()
