Two thoughts on that one. The loudest E36 exhaust when it comes to low-end resonance is the Tri-Flo Loud version (without the Bavarian Autosport baffles), and the loudest exhaust under load in the higher RPM is the Eisenmann Race setup.

Given the constantly changing specs and tune, the 944 is probably be done around the end of time.

A B&B Triflo or a UUC exhaust will be the loudest for an e36 M and a Mozart is sweet too, so you can be just like Dado in the ol skool days.

The mozart is a bit obstructive because the pipes are smaller then stock.
