Possibly looking to buy '02 M3...

A friend is selling his '02 M3 in favor of a 996TT. Knowing that I'm in the market for a new car, he offered his '02 M3 to me for $35k (SMG, Premium, Cold, Nav, H/K, HID). It's in perfect condition and had low miles.

Am I stupid to pass this up??

what is 'low miles'? Does the car have the extended warrenty?

Keep in mind the E46's are going to drop like rocks in a couple of years, if resale is a concern.

35,000 is a sexy price for a sexy car

15,000 miles a year is avrg. mileage according to Kelly Blue Book, i f its an '02, then 'low miles' would be somewhere between 20,000-30,000miles on the OD. DEFINATELY A LEAP FROM A BEETLE ! ! They are very strong vehicles!
