Good Deal on a X5

What are your thoughts.

Original Price was 40,995, had it reduced to 34000.

The car is a 2002 X5 3.0i Black on Black/Silver interior.
Major Options : Navigation, Xenon, CD Changer
Car has 40k miles. The car is immaculate and has the Certified Warranty until 07 or 100k miles, everything is covered (atleast they said that).

How good is the deal?

Sounds like a normally priced X5 3.0i of that year and equipment. Not a deal but not a rip-off either.

like tdc said its not a deal nor a rip-off, however the 01s and 02s reliability isn't up to par with the later models, u do have the cpo warranty, but i'd keep that in mind, anyway i'd see if u could get it down to 31 or 32, that would be a deal
