| CPO question,... i went to the dealership the other day to get my A/C condenser replaced cause it had a leak. Anyway, they tell me that my CPO warranty expired on 04/31/2004 and this was on 05/18/2004. Being that i was good friends with the service rep, they went ahead and did it under warranty anyway.
here's my question,.. CPO is 6years / 100k miles right? i got my car with 24k miles in 2000,.. that means that it was used for 2 years and 20k miles under its new car warranty. now, when i got the car, i got it under a CPO warranty from the dealership. my car when it got serviced had 4 years under ME and my CPO warranty and only 93k miles. why were 2 years and 20k of my miles taken by the previous owner who did not have the car under CPO warranty? I should still have warranty until 2006 no? |
