| No they still do, the cat in the header contributes to it. I've never seen a Eurospec Model but I've heard it has the problem to a lesser degree, its the nature of that engine. Getting RaspX and will do a better job of eliminating the rasp then euro headers, but you have to use the us spec headers because the raspX is where the euro-spec cars are (behind the S pipe) euro-spec headers go along way towards limiting the problem. You'll pass a snifer test at the emmisions place without that cat in the headers, as long as your car is warmed up, and you run euro headers, I dont know how it would affect the OBDII port though.
BTW because US and Euro HP is measured differently the US spec M3 is only down 4-5hp on the euro. |
