How much for a 1994/98 325i to M3 complete conversion

How much would you pay for this car? It's a 1994 325i with an 98 M3 motor/ecu/drivetrain swap, complete AC shnitzer kit. ADR wheels, self adjusting HIDS... cold air intake, exhaust, suspension(including f/r strut braces) and two lcd screens with camera in the rear, dvd player and 12 disk cd changer. Candy apple red paint, Custom white leather interior and m3 white leather seats.... The only thing wrong is the heat doesnt work... the back left side of the bumper has to get adjusted back on to this little hook???(not noticable) And the front spoiler has some paint damage because of "hitting a large possum" and it needs to get re clipped on the right side because its loose and down about 1mm too far.. We just got back from looking at the car, it looks great, the 18in wheels look like the hamanns in chrome have very little curb rash, sounds mechanically perfect, rides well, engine bay is clean, he wanted $12,500 got him down to 11k, going to take it to a bmw dealership to make sure everything is alright mechanically. The lcd screens turn on, but no picture, he said its just a wire, (hopefully its not the brain, which it could be) but he said he will get them working.... So with the little cosmetic problems, is it worth it?

Well the car checked out great at the shop, everything mechanically sound. I dont know what exact AC Schnitzer kit is on it, I'm trying to figure it out now. Definitely buying the car, the mechanic said the car looks beautiful hahah and the wheels I found out are the 18in ACE Zeus in chrome http://www.acealloywheel.com/abproductdetail.asp?id=15

Lcd screens are working now, so its not the brain.

Only thing thats missing is the inside sunroof cover.

And the new candy apple red paint job makes your mouth water.
