Me thinks you need to brush up on your BMW engineering codes.

E60 = new 5-series

E90 (or E91/92) = new 3/4-series due out next year sometime

And those photos are HIGHLY re-touched.

is it me or more and more car maker going the big front grill in the front.
What I mean is, if you look at the new Audi 8, the new Volkswagens, the Chrysler 300, and now BMW, it looks like they are extending the front grill all the way down. I think it looks great but what do you guys think....

Well, that's mostly what Audi/VW is shooting for these days. Actually Audi's signature soon will be the large front grill. But i haven't really noticed except for the ones you've mentioned that cars are going towards a big grill.
