LIVE report from Paris en directe GUMBALL 3000 #6!

Hey guys im at a stoplight right now bag traffic its raining and hailing, on my laptop via wi-fi (don't ask how theres service here, i dont know)

im in paris for the gumball 3000, im supposed to be riding shotgun in my friend Petter's porsche 996, but hes in lyon (he rented it and getting insurance has been a bitch for most of this years participants cause the drive goes through Morocco)

so hes taking care of the car rental details and trying to get insurance

i went to the drivers meeting at the four seasons at 2 o clock, then we left for an hour tour of paris, which we're on right now

we parked on the Champ Elysees for like 15 minutes
theres a NYPD car, a Gallardo, lotsa 996 turbos, and some british celebrity former world boxing champion along with that fat guy whose like 6 foot 5, Kimball or whatever

no big celebs except tony hawk who flew in from london this morning

you guys have prolly seen pics of other gumballs so this is not news but its NUTS here ferraris lambos and bantleys and stuff

i only have my film camera right now my digicam is in alicante where my apt is

so i'll def report more later i think

im riding in a CL500 right now just til the next checkpoint where I'll meet up with petter but if he doesn't get insurance or whatever I'll jhust go back to alicante i already bought a ticket if thats the case i dont really want to sit in a car for 6 days strait anyways

It's pretty interesting how all the pro skaters are into European cars as well. I used to skate pretty seriously and saw all these guys, and now that I'm into cars they are too.
