Insurance.......

For those that are making payments on your car (preferably a E36 M3 *95*), How much do you spend on insurance a month? How old are you? Miles you drive? You know the story with insurance. Oh, and what state are you in? I'm in So-cal and am looking at a '95 ///M3 to purchase(have the funds) but need to get a good deal on insurance. HELP!!!

say is is ure parents car as the primary driver and it is a pleasure car about 3,000 miles a year it will save u alot

I did the pleasure car thing..... at 7k miles though. Car is gonna be all me though....none of my parents names are gonna be on anything. I said I live at home as well.... which I don't. The progressive quote was for $211.00 a month for the coverage I need(it being financed n'all)...... Also I only have to drive about 2 miles to work everyday.

did u try geico say u drive it 5,000 miles a year it makes big differnce say it is garaged as well and with geico if u have a 3.0 gpa or higher u get a good student discount.

$211.00 / Month is not that bad if you think about it. If I was to get a 96 M3 in New Hampshire with 2 tickets, completely on my own, full boat, it would be just under $2,400 / year. Not too bad concidering I know people who would have to pay as high as $4000 / year.

Find out if there is any break if you Pre Pay for 6 months or a full year... I know some places will do that.

I'm not really gonna put too many miles on it. that's what the beater truck is for.
