| 98' M3/4 for $16,800? I test drove a 98' M3 sedan with 56k miles this weekend priced at $16,800. It was silver/grey interior with motorsport stripes. The car is in near perfect condition. The only problem is that it's an automatic. The car is worth over $20k according to kelly blue book. My brother was considering to buy this car until he realized the insurance rates. He's only 17 and they said it would cost more to insure the M3 than it would to cover his 2000 LS1 Trans Am. Now he's looking at a 97' Trans Am instead. Does it seem right that the M3 would cost more to insure? And also, besides being an auto is there any reason this M3 is priced so low?

| when i get my ///M its gonna be put under my moms name, and its gonna be "plesure" driving, with me driving it only 1% of the time. This makes it come out to like $50 a month. |

| Check it's title... There was one down here (in Bloomington) that matched your description, but when we carfaxed it, it was a salvage being sold with a clean title. Just beware. Sounds too similar to me, and we are not that far away from each other... And yes M3's are crazy to insure if you are young or have a less than perfect driving record.
