1 series engine

I was wondering what is the engine model in the new 1 series ?

I noticed that the engine in a minS delivers more power then the 120i !!??

im not sure if its true but i heard that there was suppose to be a turbo charged engine available in the 1 series. thats just what i heard tho.

yeah, i heard that too. they're comng out w/several models and i think they go up to 2 liters.

yes the engines are vanos four-cylinder engines. The models 116i (85 kW / 115 bhp) and 120i (110 kW / 150 bhp) and diesel versions, the 118d (90 kW / 122 bhp) and the120d (120 kW / 163 bhp). I think the code name is E81.
But why is the mini engine more powerfull ?
