Exclamation Please help me with my car problem

Last night i was just on this hill. i reved up my car and it was like 5000rpm and i droped my clutch very quickly and then my car burns like 3 seconds and then, u hear something drop and it sounds like its dragging something. now everytime the car rolls several feet theres this metal clunking sound and it sounds like im dragging something or something fell out. my car is a e36 325is. i talked to the tow truck man and he told me he did the same thing and it was his clutch that he had to replace, but after that i talked to john wise and he told me that hes never heard of this happening ever before and he says it sounds like either the differential or driveshaft, flexdisc or it could be something else.

ill try to get a video of it later today

sounds like u blew something in the tranny. check the driveshaft, you might have blew a cv joint but its very unlikely. Stop driving like an asshole for one. If you wanted to do burnouts then you should have gotten a mustang or something.

Sounds like your transmission is SHOT.

And you only had the car for two days?

Sorry if this looks mean but it's pretty damn funny you fucked up your car so quickly.

id guess the diff before the tranny since its happening in all gears, trannys still a possibility though. prolly not the driveshaft seeing as how i doubt that car has enough power to torque a driveshaft enough for it to hit the underbody and make a sound like that.

i'm tellin yeah...its the tranny...mine's an e46 manual and i stripped 2nd gear doin this...sounds like there are pieces rattling around in the case while clutch out or in gear...BMWNA refused to repair mine under warrenty, luckily the kick ass service manager called up BMWAG and got them to cover it for me *phew*
