| My trip to Russia and meeting with BMW club there So guys... I went back to Russia in the end of March, for like two weeks. Loved it there of course... Met up with a bunch of greaat ppl from a regional BMW Club. Here are some photos from my trip... to those of you who might be interested... Just the highway that we often took:  Some cars are rotten bad, becuase of some "fluid" that the goverment puts on the road during winter time  Not a bad looking 325, don't like the lights though  Mercedes, BMW, Audi - have more rights on the road then any other car... I like that   People park whenever they find a space... or whatever is more comfortable to them  A lil traffic time - stay in your lane - what lane?  And of course - McDonalds  Looking out the window    Just silly old me at the restaurant   Then we decided to go for a ride out of town, to some nice restaurant... well we got lost, and stock in the forest... The M5 was pretty good, but the Mercedes S600 got stock in the snow pretty bad. We tried pushing it - but that thing is waaaay to heavy for 3 people to push... After about an hour or two, a towing truck came (that we called), and it cost us $100 to get the car out (nice prices!). But even the towing truck didn't get it out the first time...  Trying to dig it out...  Almost lost a front bumper  I love 7 series in this body style:   Ohhh, loook... it's a russian girl, on a 740 with a gun in her hand.. in the center of Moscow... russian mafia... lmao   And of course I had to drive around on a Old Arbat (where by the way, you cannot drive at any time... but if you drive a BMW, and have the right license plates, and at least 500 rubles - you are fine)  Then we headed out of town, to a nice resort to celebrate the 4th birthday of our Forum. We had about 50-70 ppl with us, and a very fun drive          And of course we got a BMW hats - I personaly got the MOntoya one  I was mostly driven aroud in this car... we also had a lil accident (you can see it on the back door)     looks evil in the snow  ohh, yeah.. while we were celebrating the B-day outside... some guy saw us, and decided to join - climb up a lil hill... well sure enogh he got stock:        |

| Very cool...oh and I love the 7 in that style too...and very cool pic with you packing some heat hehe. EDIT: "Mercedes, BMW, Audi - have more rights on the road then any other car... I like that" Is this true? (sorry for missing the point in the picture, if there was one)

| Nice pictures - you must have to wash your car every time you take it out to keep whatever "fluid" they put on the roads from eating the underside of your car.

I've not been to Russia but I have spent some weeks in Ukraine! I've made two trips (2001 & 2002). Most Ukrainians are Russian and you are right...the people are more than kind!! I just love 'em! I spent 3 weeks in Dnepropetrovsk and almost 3 weeks in Kharkov. Both were great cities. . .
