Where can I find HID bulbs ?

Do you guys know where I can find HID bulbs ?

I bought the car 2 month ago and now the bulb twinkles and is not the same color as the other one that works correctly.

The brand seems to be vega as it is written on the ballast.

Here's a pic of both. I'll try to post a close up of each bulb later on.

i used xenon depot for all of my HID needs and i had good luck with them so you might try them.
