| If you won the auction and you had met the reserve price he has to sell it to you. Take it up with eBay. They have been cracking down on people that are not keeping up their end of the bargain. Why doesnt the guy want to sell anymore?

| Ahh i think they have to make him sell it...im no lawyer but im in a buisness law class. Under the law, a Seller extends an offer, If you the buyer except that offer then it is a legally binding contract. In years past, under the "mailbox rule" when the buyer places the accpetance of his offer in the mail at that point, the contract has been accepted and is now binding. Since things are done electronically now, offers are accepted immediatly. I could be wrong here but personally i believe you have a case, unless u just want to be a nice guy and let him keep it. ![]() |

| Actually u guess wrong... i was about to send him the money, and he emailed me saying, dont send because im keeping rims for my wife... but screw it.. im over it now.. i will look for a new set and if anyone has one for sale.. let me know! |
