| This item doesn't work on E36's... as was specified in the 6-month ago post when this item was first brought up. Considering with both this option and the "invisi1e" mirror you are still going to have a massive black v1 unit suction-cupped to your winshield neither does anything to remove the threat of someone seeing your detector. IMO neither option is worth the $200+ they would cost in parts, not even factoring in the work needed to hardwire these devices and your V1 into your BMW. The best option for the V1 is the concealed display from the factory, just plug it in your cigarette lighter and you're set. Anything beyond this concealed display is just an expensive attempt to look trendy.
