i didnt see the licence plate at first I saw the s500. I was laughing cause i saw the s look like a $ .. so i though the guy put $500 which would be way funnier then the M3 plate. Oh well, maybe he was MARRIED 3 times lol.

In many states you must have a license plate installed to retain it, this is why many people who have nice personalized plates put them on trailers, etc. if they don't want to put them on their cars. It looks like this guy has a very desirable plate, 'M3', and just wants to keep it - in this case by installing it on his beater benz.
